Vaccine Manufacturing Facility
Uganda's first-ever vaccine manufacturing facility which will produce essential vaccines using advanced processes. This facility focuses on immunizing against illnesses like Hepatitis B, HPV, malaria, and Measles-Mumps-Rubella (MMR), leveraging innovative viral vector and mRNA technologies to meet the highest international standards.
Regenerative Medicine & Stem Cell Therapy Facility
The first of its kind on the African continent, which will develop clinical-grade stem cell treatments. This facility will target high-burden diseases including HIV/AIDS, sickle cell disease, diabetes, cancer, and neurological disorders, drawing on perinatal tissue sources (placenta and umbilical cord) to obtain the most potent cells for therapy.
